Something that’s great about the ketogenic diet is that you don’t have to sacrifice flavor in order to make a delicious dessert that is healthy and follows the keto guidelines.

So we got you 3 yummy low-carb treats that are easy to make with few ingredients, that your family and guests will love! plus, you can make these treats all-year round, not only for the holidays!

Pomegranate Fudge Bars

 Pomegranate Fudge Bars
If you’re a fudge fan, you’ll absolutely love this super-smooth dessert, really rich in chocolate flavor and packed with important nutrients.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp melted unsweetened dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate kernels
  • Hazelnut Cacao Nut Butter

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix the Hazelnut Cacao Nut Butter, coconut oil, and monk fruit sweetener.
  2. Pour into a pan lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle the melted unsweetened dark chocolate on top.
  4. Add the pomegranate kernels.
  5.  Freeze for about an hour or two, cut it into slices and enjoy!

 

Strawberry Matcha Latte Chocolate Bites

 Strawberry Matcha Latte Chocolate Bites
These munchies filled with antioxidant properties could pass as the holiday version of our Keto Cookie Bites. You can make them with white or dark chocolate, or both!

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder or 1/2 unsweetened white chocolate
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup date syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk 
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp matcha
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix the coconut oil, date syrup and cocoa powder in a bowl.
  2. Pour a little bit of the mixture into cupcake trays, then freeze for 1 minute.
  3. For the matcha layer, mix well the cup of milk, honey and matcha.
  4. For the strawberry layer, microwave the strawberries and then smash them.
  5. Pour the fillings into the cupcake strays.
  6. Finally, coat with chocolate and freeze for 1 hour. 

 

 Peppermint Bark

One of the easiest and most delicious holiday classics you can make. Now you can enjoy it with a low-carb twist that will help prevent digestive problems.

 

INGREDIENTS

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pour yogurt and make a thin layer.
  3. Drizzle the Hazelnut Cacao Nut Butter on top.
  4. Add the crushed candy cane.
  5. Freeze for one hour and enjoy.
